I can put in my notes from client calls, and add in documents in many different formats like Google Drive Links and Dropbox files. I cluster all the information about clients projects on one board. In the Clients section, I can view the progress each project is at and track tasks. The Discovery Call section has notes from… you guessed it! My discovery calls with clients. In the ‘Client’ section, I have my client information divided into ‘Discovery Calls’ and ‘Clients’. You can change the titles as per your business goals. All things related to the back end of my business are listed under Program, Operations, and Growth to keep me on track with my business goals for the year. Under ‘Resources’ I have sorted out the image and content banks that I dive into for inspiration or tips, my favourite being stock photography. When you click on ‘Business Development’, you’ll see I’ve divided the nitty-gritty business stuff into ‘Operations’, ‘Campaigns’, ‘Growth’. My template is an overall dashboard of your daily tasks and master to-do list, with sections for business development and client information. However, the formulas aren’t as identical as those used on Excel and Sheets, but easy enough to figure out if you’ve worked with them. Like Excel and Google Sheets, Notion uses formulas.
